Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of date of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping on all U.S.A orders via USPS Priority Mail. 

Standard delivery is about 2-5 business days.

Express 2-Day shipping is also available for $10. 

 

Complimentary worldwide shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International.

Standard delivery is about 6-10 business days but varies by country.

 

International orders are shipped DDU, which means the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties & taxes imposed by your country's customs.

 

RETURNS

 

What's your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your DEMIS Eyewear purchase for any reason, you have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit.

 

Returned sunglasses must be received in its original unworn condition, free from any marks (makeup or otherwise), scratches or damage, and in its full original packaging.

 

If your package is delivered in any damaged condition or is missing any part of your order, please contact us immediately at info@demiseyewear.com. It is of great importance to include your email address used at checkout, order number, & attach photos with your email to customer service. Damage or missing claims made after two days of receipt will not be honored.

 

Do you accept international returns?

All international orders are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return.
